We had a lovely stay where the kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the leisure room. The hotel was immaculate and I appreciated the spacious Queen Room with two beds. Just a small hiccup was figuring out the parking at check-in, but it was no big deal. 😊

Breakfast had a wide variety of choices — truly a great way to start the day. During our stay, having a clean and well-maintained room really enhanced our comfort.

Charlotte's culinary scene is a knockout, and I loved how close we were to some lip-smacking spots like Smithfield's and East Coast Wings. It was a feast waiting to happen! Plus, our King Room was spacious and stylish, and the staff kept us caffeinated day and night with coffee on tap. Talk about little luxuries!

On check-in, the locked doors and the receptionist's preoccupied vibe kinda killed the mood. And don't get me started on the surprise $50 check-in fee. it felt more like a fine than an amenity.
